About us
MP Advisory is an independent real estate advisor.
Thanks to the experience of its founder Massimiliano Palermo, MP Advisory offers solutions of excellence in the structuring of investment products and in the acquisition, management, enhancement and disposal of properties and real estate portfolios.
Founder
Massimiliano Palermo started his professional career at KPMG Advisory and started his experience in the real estate sector at the Agenzia del Demanio.
In 2008 he joined Sorgente Group, where he gained more than 10 years of experience in Structuring and Asset Management.
He also served as a member of advisory committees for more than 10 Real Estate Funds and Credit Funds and as a member of the Board of Directors of several real estate and non-real estate companies.

- Head of Structuring & Business Development
- Head of Operations for 20 Real Estate Funds and 3 Credit Funds (AUM>1.5 billion Euro)

- Income, enhancement and disposal of several properties
- Establishment of partnerships and extraordinary transactions such as acquisitions of company participations, listing projects and capital increases
